Adding the second tea from Meghalaya, the Meghalaya Autumn Green Tea, from 2022 autumn harvest. One of the most interesting greens we have had on offer recently, we'd categorise it as a 100% match to the base Indian green tea profile. This is made by the same farm as our Meghalaya Autumn Black Tea.
This is going to be one of the easiest descriptions ever, the dry leaf, leaf on heated ware and the liquor. All of them have a single note, that of freshly cut grass. The aftertaste is like that of gooseberry, cooling and sweet. The fresh cut grass note is well rounded, making it a comforting sip.

Steeping Time : 3 minutes western style, 25 seconds gongfu style adding 10 seconds every subsequent steep
