Introducing the second white tea from Arunachal Pradesh, the Arunachal Platinum Needles! This is also harvested at the same farm as our Arunachal Highland Black and Oolong, situated at almost 4000 feet.

The dry leaf smells like white flowers with a fruity background. The first impression of the liquor is going to be about its sweetness, almost sugary with a soft white flower background. As you sip further, you get notes of mosambi, again with the prominent sugary sweetness we were talking about. When the liquor cools down a little, you get notes of butter cookies. This is how your entire brew tastes like, consistently sweet with floral and fruity background. We hope this tea elevates your teatime and we will be trying to get a bigger batch of this very soon!


Appearance : Pale yellow

Taste : Sugary sweet, white flowers, mosambi, butter cookies

Steeping Time : 4 minutes western style, 25 seconds gongfu style adding 10 seconds every subsequent steep
Leaf to water ratio :  1 gram per 100ml for western style, 4 grams per 100ml for gongfu style

Recommended Steeping Temperature : 84°C

Recommended Steeping Method : Works good both ways
